Refund Policy

We want CalmPaw Coach to be genuinely helpful for you and your dog. Because our products are digital training plans that can be downloaded and accessed immediately after purchase, we use the policy below.

Digital products

All CalmPaw Coach programs and packs are delivered digitally. You gain access to the training material right after successful payment.

Change of mind

We generally do not offer refunds once the material has been accessed or downloaded. Please read the program descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Accidental duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same program twice (or more) using the same email address, please contact us within 14 days at support@calmpawcoach.com. We will review and, if confirmed, refund the duplicate charge.

Technical issues

If you did not receive your files or cannot access your plans, email us and we will help you restore access. A refund will only be offered if we are unable to provide access within a reasonable time.
